Summary:
hardcoded http urls
Detailed Description:
When using some of the default templates in an https site, it generates mixed
content warnings.
The included scripts (e.g. jquery.prettyPhoto.js) have hardcoded http urls.
Editing this script and changing them to https or protocol-independent urls
fixes it.
