Detailed Description:
I am getting the following log error when installing the module (not updating):

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function AddPropertyDefn() on null in
/home/duffinse/public_html/modules/SelfRegistration/method.install.php on line
123

The admin page refreshes to a white screen and will only recover when I remove
the Self Registration module folder.

I have sinced tried installing via Import Module using the XML and it has
installed perfectly fine. There was no previous version and this was a clean CMS
install.
